High Park Studio

Privacy Policy

Last updated November 8, 2026

High Park Studio Inc. ("HPS", "we") runs highpark.studio. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, why, who we share it with, and your choices. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Bloom by HPS is a separate product with its own Terms and Privacy Policy, available at bloom.highpark.studio.

What we collect

When you start a conversation
Your name, work email, and company, and, if you choose, your role, the topics you're interested in, and a note.
When you request a free AI Search Audit
The website address you want audited, your email, and, if you choose, your name and company.
When you use the Bloom audit
The business name, city, or Google Maps link you enter, used to look up that public business listing.

Automatically, when you visit: anonymous, aggregated page-view and performance data from privacy-friendly analytics that don't use cookies or identify you; anonymous interaction events on our own site, such as which button was clicked or how far down a page you scrolled; technical signals used only to tell people from bots and block spam; and standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept for security and troubleshooting.

We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we don't sell personal information.

Why we use it

  • To reply to you and set up a conversation, usually within one business day.
  • To run and email you the AI Search Audit you asked for.
  • To keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up.
  • To protect our forms from spam and abuse.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and improve it.

We'll only email you about what you asked for. If we'd like to send anything else, we'll ask first, and every email lets you opt out.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site: website hosting, analytics, and bot protection; email delivery; our email and client records; and the tools behind our free audits, including AI model providers that analyse the public pages or business listing you submit. They process information on our behalf and only for these purposes.

Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and audit requests for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and then for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can withdraw consent at any time, which may mean we can't respond to an enquiry. Email support@highpark.studio and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Security

Access to enquiries is limited to the people at HPS who need it, and our providers protect data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive personal or financial details through our forms.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, note it on this page.
